Whether you’re a first time mom trying to find your footing, or a seasoned mama looking for support and connection, the Mamas Unite! Support Group is for you. Nurture and ground yourself with other moms who understand how hard this season can be. Share your struggles, celebrate your “wins,” and leave your “perfect mom mask” at the door. When you step into a Mamas Unite! group, you enter a judgement-free zone where all emotions are welcome. We focus on self-compassion, how to re-find self-care as you take on this new role, and building community with other mamas who really get it.
Community Playspace believes in connecting people across the economic spectrum. The Mamas Unite! Support Group for Moms with Newborns is offered for a “sliding scale fee.” Participants can decide, based on their income bracket, which level of fee is doable for them.
Mamas who are able, can choose to support another mom who would otherwise not be able to afford to participate by “Paying it Forward” through an extra monetary contribution.
